Bio:

After graduating from Michigan State University, where he studied apparel and textile design, Anthony Gianacakos moved to New York City in 2008.  Before launching his own firm, Mr. Gianacakos worked for luxury global brand Ligne Roset for almost four years, cultivating a loyal fan base while helping his clients to design beautiful spaces.  As a corporate style consultant, he has staged projects for fine linen maker Frette, and real estate giant Corcoran Sunshine.  Always on the lookout for new experiences, Mr. Gianacakos’ hobbies include traveling, painting, and collecting antiques.
 

Aesthetic:

By combining bold colors with an eclectic blend of new and vintage items, Mr. Gianacakos has established his signature masculine modern aesthetic.  Appealing to men and women alike, his style mixes rich colors and patterns with classic furnishings to produce elegant, livable interiors.
 

Process:

“A space is meant to have a spirit and soul,” says Mr. Gianacakos.  Through a highly collaborative process that honors his clients’ needs while pushing their boundaries, the designer works to create personal spaces that incorporate new pieces with treasured collections of art, mementos, and family heirlooms.  Mr. Gianacakos’ bold, yet tasteful designs inspire his clients to step out of their comfort zones and to trust his vision.
